Introduction about participatory science Beirut

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your participation in the meeting held on 5/6/2023 in the premises of Pioneers of Goodness International Organization in Furn El Chebbak. It was a pleasure to introduce our new volunteers to the organization’s goals, history, and future projects regarding empowering women and maintaining the skills of various sectors including women, children, and people with disabilities.
We are pleased to announce that the meeting focused on participatory science and the upcoming conference in Geneva Forum, highlighting the role of science in sustainability. We also introduced participatory and citizen science to the youth and adults, emphasizing the importance of diversity. The activities in the meeting included brainstorming and discussing strategies for minimizing the damage caused by natural disasters, such as the recent earthquake that hit Turkey and Lebanon, including the damage that occurred in Tripoli.
We were thrilled to witness the lively discussions and great outcomes that resulted from the meeting. The participants also took part in an activity that aimed to identify other life problems and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds to find solutions by conducting research.
We are proud of the work that we do at Pioneers of Goodness International Organization, and we believe that together we can make a difference. As a result, we are planning to issue further meetings in Biqaa, South, and North Lebanon regarding the same topic for all the Pioneers of Goodness volunteers.
We would like to thank you all for your unwavering commitment to our organization and the communities we serve. We look forward to continuing to work together towards our shared goals of empowering women, maintaining skills, and creating a more sustainable future for children, women, and people with special needs.
Thank you once again for your valuable contributions.
Sincerely,
Pioneers of Goodness International Organization Family
